Meet Kavita

Kavita Munot is an Integrative Counsellor, Certified Parenting Coach, NLP Practitioner and Heal Your Life® Workshop Leader who works with adults around emotional wellbeing, relationships and conscious parenting.

Her work draws on evidence-based psychological frameworks — including Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Transactional Analysis (TA) and Robert Carkhuff's helping model — combined with practical counselling tools and a holistic Mind • Body • Soul perspective.

At the heart of her work is a simple conviction: that awareness creates the possibility of choice, and choice creates the possibility of change. When people can see the beliefs, triggers and conditioning driving their behaviour, they are no longer bound to repeat it.

Why I do this work

Understanding, not just fixing.

Much of the support available today focuses on managing symptoms — calming the anxiety, suppressing the anger, pushing through the exhaustion. These can bring relief, but the pattern underneath often remains untouched.

Kavita's interest lies a level deeper: helping people understand themselves. Why does this situation trigger me? What belief is operating here? Where did I learn to respond this way? When those questions have honest answers, change stops being a battle of willpower and becomes a natural consequence of seeing clearly.

This is the work she finds meaningful — not fixing people, but helping them become fluent in themselves.
